aclaimant is seeking an account manager to support our current client base and respective licensees. The account manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing partner relationships while providing first-class support to existing clients and prospects.
This individual will work alongside the sales and account management teams by maturing relationships with aclaimant partners. The relationship manager will be responsible for advocating on behalf of our clients, recommending improvements and analyzing user behavior. Team members must be comfortable communicating with our client base while establishing a positive working relationship with their book of business. The majority of client meetings will be web-based. There will be an emphasis on project management and developing an onboarding plan specific to client needs.
2-5 years of account management, sales training and/or affiliate marketing experience
Salesforce CRM proficiency
Insurance, B2B, Risk Management and/or HR experience is a plus
Familiarity with data projects, web demonstration, video conferencing and digital signature tools
Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of work experience required
Must be available in Chicago
